What is Kuksa?

Kuksa is the membership register of the Finnish scouts. As a guardian, you will mostly need Kuksa for the membership application and signing up your child for our events. Applying for membership is mandatory to participate in the Scouts. After filling out the membership form, you will get a parent number (PartioID) and create a password which can be used to log in. After getting a PartioID, you can also opt for Google or Facebook login. What is Asiointipalvelu?

In Asiointipalvelu, you can find and edit your and your child’s information. In addition, you can find any invoices sent to you and the Scout membership card. Asiointipalvelu can be found in asiointi.partio.fi and it is accessed using PartioID or Google/Facebook login.

How do I fill out the membership application?

• Open the membership form by clicking “Join now” here

• On the first page you select who the application is for.

• Next you can add your own information.

• Choose how you want to receive invoices and create a password.

• Add your child’s information.

• Make sure you are applying for the correct local group. Choose who is the primary payer and if your child can be photographed in our events.

• On the last page you will get an overview of everything you filled out, and you can send the application.
• After sending the application, you will receive an email asking you to register for Asiointipalvelu. The email contains instructions for the process. Registering is required to sign up for events in the future.
